Scheduled reports

To quickly set automatic reporting at regular intervals and choose the desired frequency, follow the following steps:

  1. Click on the “New scheduled reports” blue button and select the template that best suits your needs and then click on the blue “next step” button.

  1. Add a title, select the language and upload a custom cover image. If you wish, you can even upload a custom new logo before clicking on the blue “Next step” button.
  2. According to the template you selected, you can now apply filters to select specific parameters, such as activity or reporting interval, to determine how the data is calculated in your report. Once done, click once more on the blue “Next step” button.
  3. Select the start day and set the frequency. Add recipient emails to ensure each report is sent automatically. Yours is set by default, but you can remove it.
  4. All is set and you can now click on the blue “Create report” button.

Please, keep in mind that the time it takes to create may vary depending on the amount of data analysed.

Your scheduled reports are always available on the platform and you can easily edit their frequency, pause the scheduling or delete them completely.
