Week 32, 2023 — Media Monitoring
Improvements
Channels settings
The goal of this intervention was to make it easier to set up Media Monitoring and quicker to provide error feedback to understand where to take action to retrieve data from the various channels.
The minimum to make Media Monitoring properly work:
- Media Monitoring is considered working when at least one channel is configured. If no channel is configured, a warning banner will be shown.
Channels Configuration:

- At least one active FB Account.
- At least 1 page
- At least one search term among Hashtags, Keywords, and Mention.

Google News:
- At least 1 Keywords
Tagscape Configuration:

Improvements
Twitter API
To improve the data retrieval from Twitter, we implemented a data retrieval solution via Twitter API. We expect this solution will lead to more stable and continuous content from Twitter.
By Twitter policy:
- Mentions cannot be longer than 15 characters.
- As noted above, a mention can only contain alphanumeric characters (letters A-Z, numbers 0-9) except underscores.
Check your account to ensure your desired mentions contain no symbols, dashes, or spaces.
Week 26, 2023 — Flight section
Features
New filter: Destination Country
A new filter has been added in the Flights section, called Destination Country, in which you can analyse flight data aggregated by country. It will be possible to configure one or more countries.
The user can choose which data to see by setting filters. By default, the dashboard will open to the Destination Country. When an individual airport has been selected, the destination country will turn off to have individual and multiple airport data displayed.
